I left my car at Audi Sandton to look at FAULTY AND MUL-FUNCTIONING AIRCON.Underline the word "faulty" and then just when i was leaving their premises i was called and told the aircon is working properly. Did I say the aircon is not working or did I say its faulty? then Im told i must come back fetch my car cause the aircon at that moment was "functioning"? Does that mean it is fixed? NO.Do they even understand my complain? MY COMPLAIN IS THE AIRCON WORKS WHEN IT WANTS TO NOT ALWAYS.IF AT THAT MOMENT IT IS WORKING, CAN WE SAY IT IS WORKING? Some people are bad and even managers cant think beyond that moment. Worse is that the same dealer worked on the car and the aircon 4 weeks ago. They blame some drink spileage on the control kobs for the air that now blow cold and the next minutes blow hot?
I CALL THIS PATHETIC. THE SAME DEALER WHERE ONE AUDI OWNER's CAR GOT INVOLVED IN AN ACCIDENT IN THEIR CARE!!! There is a problem I hope they are not going to crash mine!!!
