Invoice when aircon was not fixed

Fist they promised to send someone on the 19/12/2013 and then they phoned and said they are sending someone on the 20/12/2013. already not committing to arrangement and causing discomfort.
Olash worked on a home LG aircon on the 20/12/2013 and did not fix the aircon and they expect to get paid for a service that was not completed and we are still sitting with a broken aircon.
