I called jannie on the 15 January to repair my bosch fridge as the pc board was malfunctioning. he said he would come the next day. His car apparently broke down on the the thursday and he said he would come out as soon as it was fixed that day. I waited until 5 pm, phoned him and he said it had only just been repaired can he come the next day. He did arrive and bypassed the pc board and fitted a thermostat. He was there for less than an hour, charged R1200. He demanded payment but we wanted to see if the fridge was indeed fixed and working over the weekend. It stopped working on the tuesday. I also noticed he had scratched my fridge deliberately with a nail to use as a marker for the thermostat. This was done without even asking me. I phone Jannie countless times and he never responded. I messaged him and he ignored me. Finally I got ahold of him the next day and told me he was in Brits without signal. He promised to phone me the next day and to date I have not heard a word from him. He ignores my calls and messages. Its now 6 days later all, my food is off again and he has not bothered to contact me. He is happy to take your money but does not fix things properly.
