I like to thank the staff at Berger's Appliance Alberton for the excellent service received. From the gentleman who answered the phone to the employers that came out and fix my fridge.
I was struggling for 1 year to find an able company to fix my fridge that broke down in October 2012. An electrician was send by my insurance company and R2 000 later the fridge was still not working.
In March I phoned Berger's Appliance services. First they came out to my house to assets the problem. The electrician, very polite very sufficient, told me that they have to take it to the workshop and will give me a fridge till mine was fixed. They phone later that same day to inform me what is wrong. The next morning my fridge was back and in a working condition and still working.
It's very difficult to be without a fridge but with the excellent service from the Bergers client officer to the electrician it was a breeze.
Thanks again and I will recommend you to any person who is in need of an Appliance service company.
