Car mat burnt after awful full valet - Groupon

Groupon voucher 5th Dec - full valet. I arrived to fetch car, they informed me that they had burnt one of my car mats -destroyed. They apologized & promised that they will be replacing it for me ASAP, as this was their fault etc. Week later, I had not heard anything, so followed up with manager Eric. He said he was looking for a mat & was struggling to find it, but he will get it sorted. Eventually I got hold of him again (he was not returning calls & emails) & he said that he was finding it hard to find one with xmas time. Assured me again he will get mat. He told me then in jan that he had car mat & that he will drop it at the car wash for ME to fetch. I asked him to tell me when it was at the car wash for me to collect - did not happen. Called 16/01 - he told me he would definitely have it at car wash by 17th & I could fetch it then. went there 20th - no mat and no Eric. Got details of owner Cameron. He responded to me that he has a 'sign' up saying he is not responsible for anything that happens. He has done nothing to sort out. My car mat was damaged due to staff negligence. disgusting customer service. re the valet itself - engine not cleaned & terrible cleaning of car!
