Incorrect installation of thermostat

I am insured with first for women, my fridge stopped working in January 2013. My insurance sent Dumsane from Designer Plus Pretoria who is one of their service provider to check what the problem was. After his assessment he reported that the thermostat had stopped working and needed to be replaced. My insurance paid for tha labour and i had to pay R549 for the new thermostat. He replaced it on the 05/01/2013 and a receipt (ref: E7-HCR9-01) was given to me with a guarantee of 3 months. on the 10th April 2013my fridge broke again. When I called the supplier they reported that that they could not help me as my guarantee was for 3 months. I had to source my own electrician to revealed that Dumsane had mixed the wires of the thermostat and this resulted in the compressor of the fridge braking. I had to pay another R1000 for this to be fixed and my new compressor to be re gassed. First for women should remove these supplier from their data base due to their appalling work and service. They should also re-imburse my extra cost.
