MPUME DOES NOT KNOW WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS

On Friday the 24th January I went to Rossbugh Post Office to fetch my cronic medicene from Pharmacy Direct as I always collect it from the Post Office, I had received the sms to say my medication will be available on the 14th January with the tracking no. TP504738991ZA. When I arrive this lady was so unfriendly and very rude telling me that the parcel was never received without even checking at the back she said it does not appear on the system. I got so annoyed when she said may be who ever sent it to me? what kind of question is that I have been collecting my medication for the past three years has never experience such bad attitude and lazyness of this woman. The other lady tried to assist but still never got assisted. I asked for the Manager's numeber to my suprise I was told they do not know even their work number? I mean seriously? how can you come to work everyday to your work that you are getting paid for and you dont know the number? Todate I dont have my medication and I have run out of medication as I am on Chronic. I tried calling the manager on the number they finally gave me 031-4655886 with no luck, what kind of service they are offering to the clients.
