When buying an expensive car you assume that the after service will be as good as the sales service. I called Volvo Bryanston today to book my car for its 1st service only to be informed that they can drop you at your work but they wont fetch you as their drivers are busy. How must I get my car then??? i called another Volvo in Aukland Park and they are willing to give you the full customer experience. Im disappointed that something as simple as a lift to and from the service (offfered by pretty much every other car dealership) is denied by this service provider.
