Took my car for service and was brought back damag

I took my car for service this morning of the 10th January 2013 (Friday) and the service was conducted at Kia Motors - Sandton Branch. My car was fine and had no cracks on the windscreen, however when I went to collect it in the afternoon I found it with a cracked windscreen.

I noticed this on my way back to home 10 minutes later after I left kia motors, I immediately phoned them alerting them of the situation of my car, and the branch manager said I must turn back so that they can re-check it, however I requested him to tell me over the phone where the crack was on the check sheet that they used when they inspected my car before service, He refused, and when I got there, before I showed him my car, I requested to see the check sheet again he refused, holding it at his back so I won't grab it. he wanted to see my car first, and that's when I suspected that he needed to make alterations on the sheet, he took the paper back, few minutes later someone brought the sheet now with tick and they refused being responsible for the cracks. And when I inspected the car, It looks like somebody has dropped a tool/metal on it, and the manager claimed that it was a stone of few days back.
