Confusing Cars - What a disappointment

Growing up with Honda Cars within my family, generation after generation, it was thus an obvious choice of what make of car to purchase next. Yet it seems service and product quality has changed over the years and has now left Honda a lot to be desired. After purchasing a brand new Honda Brio in January 2013, through Maxine Price, I had already started to have problems with a knocking noise developing within 6months of purchase.By one year, a major part had to already be replaced on my brand new car. In addition, we experienced other major complications as Maxine Price had accidentally switched the registration plate numbers with another Honda Brio ordered during a similar period of time. Thus the number plate I had been using for the past year did not match up to that on my car licencing department registration. Once this was brought to her attention, her solution was to just switch our licence plates. This was after she refused to re-register the respective cars in the registration numbers we had both been using for the past year. Now I am left feeling completely vulnerable with the damages of someone else's' joy rides now registered to my name. Completely unacceptable!
