I went to sheet street in Westgate, to return comforter set that I bought in October on my account.
The manager Cynthia refused to take it back saying I don't have proof of purchase and she needs a docket number in order to do the return, If it was not damaged I wasn't gonna return it. And the fact that I bought on account doesn't that mean every purchase I make will be traceable? If I had bought cash I was gonna understand.. She then proceeded to "call" the area manager and came back and said she's not answering, but I heard her speaking to someone on the phone not knowing if it was the area manager or not. I don't want a voucher as I didn't buy with one.
