Poor Service

After I bought my car at Kia Imperial in Boksburg Dominick promised to sort out a few things for me. my spare key, as this was locked in the safe when I picked up my car, a owners manual and a service record book, After calling him or sorry, emailing as he never answers his phone I got told that he will order the service book and manual and that he do have the key, he was waiting for me to collect it apparently, although I was told that he would advice when it is ready.

I had to call again and when I took my car for the its first service only got the key but the other stuff was still not ready, I just remembered, I had to keep calling for the registration papers as well. I also complained about the front tires that were really worn but said I accepted this and just need to get the other stuff sorted.

I bought the car in May 2013 and I still did not get the service book or owners manual after numerous promises from Dominick that he will get it for me. Just another case of a sales person promising the world but after the sale is made and he got his commission, the client is nothing anymore. I told 2 friends already not to go and buy there as you do not get service.

Shocking.
