Poor service

I bouhgt a 2009 Honda Civic which had 51000km on the clock at the Emperial in Boksburg in December 2012 from a sells man named Neil, when I took the car from the dealer ship he "Neil" promised I was going to get the spare key and the service book when Icome to fetch the registration for the car, and that never happend. On Teusday the 7th of May I took the car for a 60 000km service and found out that the never went for 45 000km service and had to pay R2098.54.when I fone the dealership Shane who is a maneger for used cars is forever unavailable on Thursday he hung up on me when I foned him on his mobile fone.please help me
