Right,
This cant go on anymore, thus the complaint. This is the second time my Wife bought a Scooter at the above mentioned place, and the second time that, damaged property has been delivered.
After numerous "sorries" and what not`s, the Dealership still has the audacity to say they will claim and fix it through the warranty...
Plain and simple, don't go shopping there as the quality of product sold is not whats been advertised.
Even though the Consumer Act protects you (Can insist on a refund), they are still adamant that they have to fix the Scooter.
Now if someone doesn't trust the product that was sold, how can you expect to ride that again.
Big Boy Scooters PTA East is the worst place ever to go buy something, I would never recommend that Dealership to anyone.
