November 2012 I bought 4 electrical scooters for my niece and nephew for Christmas. The scooters were never delivered! It took GrouponSA almost more than a week each time to reply to my emails. If I phone Groupon it takes all my airtime AND about an hour to reach someone to talk with. I commanded a refund of all four scooters. So i paid 2 scooters from my one bank account and the other 2 from the other bank account. I got a refund for one scooter and UP UNTIL TODAY NO REFUND FOR the other 3 SCOOTERS!!! This is a lot of money that Groupon hasn't paid back to me and I want a response on this ASAP!!!
