On the 19th of September my scooter got a flat tire, I phoned big boy road assist
to pick up my scooter in order to take it to my closest big boy (silverlakes)
On monday (23 September) I contacted the branch since nobody contacted me yet,
only to find out the scooter is still in storage (and apparently out of warranty - which it
can't possibly be)
But asked them to just send the scooter to the branch I will pay whatever costs.
Still no joy, no communication back from road assist, everyone seems to be very
nonchalant about the whole thing (which annoys the living day light out of me)
Please someone anyone HELP??? Its just a tire that needs to be replaced
