Big Boy Scooters
Rediculous excuses!!

I took my scooter to Big Boy scooters in Potchefstroom after I was in an accident. I booked my scooter in on 9 May 2013. I keep calling and no progress have been made, my insurance gave them permission (within a week of the accident) do the repairs, but still nothing. They are still waiting for Big Boy Scooters SA to send them the parts! I want a date and time when my scooter will be finished becauese I am tired for all the excuses! I have been really patient and understanding, but it is rediculous to wait so long for parts!
