Last year December I bought a brand new scooter, without a single kilometer on the click.
After 200 km, it went back to the shop, as it broke already.
after 2 weeks, I got the scooter back, just to see that it is still broken.
They then said that it is fine, after 500 km's, it went for a service at their Silver lakes branch, worst mistake I could have made. The owner there were so rude, and the service were so pathetic, that I got a half serviced scooter back, and paid for the full service. not long after that it broke again, this time they said that there were no petrol, where it had a full tank. after it went back, they changed the parts on the scooter. All a sudden it felt like a new scooter again. After the scooter came back, I started to take it to the branch at Irene, since then the scooter broke a whole lot less, although it still happened, but they were honest about what happened and such.
I would never suggest a Big boy to anybody, as it is truly the worst set of wheels that money should not buy.
