Another ignition problem

We bought a big boy scooter in Feb 2012 and paid cash. On the way from the store room to the shop (before we collected the bike) it fell and got damaged. So they delivered a damaged bike to us. They offered us two free of charge services, which we got, and are grateful for. During 2012 the ignition broke once and they repaired it (free of charge). There was a waiting period for the ignition to arrive of about 2 to 3 weeks. In that time they gave us a scooter to use. Which was great.
The scooter had a full service in December which cost R800. Now the ignition is once again broken and I just received the quote for R755. Apparently the ignitions only have 1 month guarantees. (Clever way to make money!). In the past they offered a scooter for us to use, but this time the courtesy scooter is used by an employee who lives in Johannesburg. The delivery time is not known, again about two weeks. Really frustrating.
Once before when I called the manager to sort out something, she jumped on the phone and called my son and asked him "why is your mom calling me?? ".
I am sort of careful to contact them, and feel safer doing it through helloPeter.
