After a year of back and forth with Big Boy South Africa and the involvment of the CPA in my complaint still nothing has been done to sort my scooter which was 2 months old and had 2000km on the odo.
Shocking to say the least. The scooter has been with there dealership for 11 months since and the dealership has not even tried to assist me. there only offer for the BRAND NEW bike was a discount on the new engine it needed.
The Big Boy headoffice simply says they have followed there procedures and that the dealership in PE's technician who is a private technician says it is my fault. not bad for a bike used in town in traffic...
Well done big boy on bieng the worst money i have ever spent.
