I took my son's ford fiesta st for a simple repair on the vehicle about a month ago. Whiten a week the car was repaired but came out in worse condition that it was before. The car was sent back where they took 3 weeks to establish a problem. The car was appointed to different technicians, nobody seem to know who or what they where doing. When I tried to find out what is the problem the service agents promised to phone me but never did. Eventually I got my car but they tried to double bill me for there mistake. A call centre agent phoned me regarding the satisfaction survey where I explained my frustration, the agent promised me that the principal manager will phone me accordingly. It has been 3 weeks and I am still waiting. This is the utmost bad service ever.
