I like to begin by saying that this is only a compliment because of the fantastic service i received from Roelf Ackerman and ford Sandton.
i had approved finance, and i went to 3 dealerships prior, to buy a fiesta ecoboost, the service i received from the pretoria ford, midrand ford and Fourways ford was appalling. the worst of the lot had to be fury ford fourways, pathetic service, go back on their word. they not only sold the car they had promised me to somebody else, then they tried to stall, but also went back on the quote they gave and to date have not called me back regarding the quote which they promised they would.
i was ready to take my finance and go elsewhere, to toyota, but then i came across ford sandton, what a professional organization!!! i would hands down say they are the best in the group!!! It is because of Roelf Ackerman and ford sandton, that i am now a ford fan!!! i bought the ford fiesta ecoboost brand new, it was the best decision i ever made, what a fantastic motor vehicle!!! truly awesome!!! both Roelf and my new car have made me a new Ford Fan, goodbye Toyota!!! :)
