Ford excellent car, rubbish service delivery

Hi i took my ford in to action ford in Roodepoort . my car was not repaired to my satisfaction and they damaged my bonnet cable and still not have the decency to come out and repair it . i will never go back to action ford even if they offered free service and repairs
