Problem on my Ford Icon, it was last year that the vehicle had no movement and the AA had to come and pick up the vehicle and take it to Ford Tzaneen, they reset the computer on the vehicle and they said that no problem was found. I went to fetch my vehicle. We stay a 100km from Tzaneen. March 2013 the vehicle did the same, we phoned AA and they picked up the vehicle again and its still under warranty! They reset the computer again and said the problem was the battery. The vehicle was fine until a week ago, the vehicle starts but if you put your foot on the accelerator pedal there is no power! We then phoned Ford head office and the guy said the branch would phone us to arrange the transport of the vehicle back to us, after they have sorted out the problem for the third time. I am unhappy that Ford Tzaneen's service manager haven't phoned me since I reported the car, always in a meeting or out when I phone! Its unacceptable to send a vehicle three times for the same problem to a Ford dealership who is suppose to know their product! And the services is up to date, by Ford who serviced the car. What to do??
