Bought a brand new Ford Kuga in September at Motomid and after a few days it had problems with the aircon took it back and they checked it and said it was fine there is no problem. Then after a week i took it back for the same problem which they took it in for a week and after a week they gave it back. As i thought the problem was fixed little did i know the problem was still not fixed. Ford the manufacturer of the car struggling to fix a brand new car. Now they have taken it again which has no guarantee if the problem will be fixed.
I am fed up with their service and as they have inconvenienced me with a brand new car that i do not expect to be bringing back for repairs every second week. The Ford in Middelburg has incompetent technicians who cannot find a problem on a car that is ford which is a brand new car. the car is with for 3 weeks now and will be going for the forth week so technically i am paying for a car that i am not using but ford is using trying to figure out how to fix a car they have built.
Kuga is a useless car don't be deceived by the looks just like me
