I was told id be reimbursed

Last week i went to Dna Motors to buy a motorbike battery as my'ne had died. It was an urgent matter and of great importants that i get the right one. The man Bornwell said i can try if it does not fit i can bring it back.
I did bring it back the very next morning as it was late the previous day too late to return battery.
Then they said they couldn't put the money back on my card because they needed the supervisers code.
I was told the money would be eft'ed into my account last week Wednesday or thursday.(3th or 4th). Today is the 9th and nothing. I spoke to bornwell on Saturday (6th) and he told me reason money has not been sent is the accounted was not there. Told him to let me know when he made payment on Monday as thats when he said it would happen. He has not phoned me and ill be contacted him and speaking to either the manager or superviser i am not impressed and i think id not waist my time going to Dna Motors ever again with this kind of deceit.
