My pre-sale experience with Willow Crest Motors has been so appalling that I would never consider purchasing a vehicle from them. When we first went to look at cars on their premises, Gervase assisted us. We were interested in both a Ford & a Peugeot. It couldn't have been more obvious that Gervase was not interested in selling the Peugeot due to the fact that he would be making more money on the Ford. After a few calls back & forward to arrange a test drive, I had already become fed-up with Gervase & how unhelpful he was so requested a different sales consultant - to be told that I needed to continue dealing with Gervase because otherwise it creates tension in the office!!! Unprofessional! That afternoon when Gervase arrived at my work for the Peugeot test drive, not only was he late, arriving when traffic was already bad, but he continually complained about the traffic, told us that we couldn't turn the car off because the battery was flat and had arrived with NO PETROL IN THE CAR!! So the whole test drive was a complete waist of time and unpleasant experience, he was obviously eager to get away with no interest in selling the car. And not a single follow up call!! Useless!!!
