Willard Battery (2 months old) Caught fire

On 09/11/2013 the incident occured I contacted Supa Quick Pta North I spoke to Hansie & Told him the battery was on fire luckily I put out the flame in time. I asked can he replace the melted battery he replied, "yes I can but don't have stock can you go to Supa Quick Gezina", I had to walk 1km to get a taxi. The battery started leaking acid on my takkies & it burned instantly, The Guy at Supa Quick Gezina Sent Me to Willard down Voortrekker road because they do the warranty claims, I was Then told at Willard they must first send the battery to the lab, So I phoned Supa Quick Pta North &; Hansie sed I must bring the battery monday he will give me a new one Monday I was told they must send it to the lab for testing before I can get a new battery, I was given a old battery to use in the meantime while Wait for the new ; The battery was full of sand, only to find the old battery does'nt work, I called today & Was told the representative from Willard want's to see my car, But when I bought the battery they ; Checked my car since then there was no modifications done on my car.
