Ive purchased an excide battery a year back and had no problems with it until a few weeks back. The battery just died after driving it to work, so i took it back to battery center where they did test it and it did collapse on a load but they said that the battery was low thats why it had done that, so i left it to charge with them and picked it up the next day. The battery was fine again until Monday this week and now it needs to be replaced just after the warranty is over. I spoke to the guys at battery center an they said that i have to wait for the rep for excide to come in and decide which is going to be next week because it just got out of warranty. How do i travel for the next week? They haven't even given me a loan battery to use. Am I suppose to buy a battery for a week?
