Damaging instead of fixing

I brought my car for Service end May/ Early June 2013, 2 weeks later, after i had an accident with the car i realised that the handbrake failed, i called KIa Witbank and they asked me to bring the car in so they can check it.

Besides the handbrake, ever since the car came back from service the battery is weak, i have to push or jump start the car every morning.

Last week tuesday i sent my car in fo rthe check, indeed they fixed the handbrake, upone fixing the hand brake they had to remove the rear wheel, i realized upon putting the wheel back they did not put back all the wheel nuts, one is missing...

As for the battery, they say it has a weak terminal... how suprising that that happened just after they serviced the car... what are the odds...

I called in this morning, after being on hold and jumping around from one person to the other finally got hold of the workshop forman who just told me to bring the car back...

How many times does one have to bring their car in for it to receive its required service?
