I joined GET IT through Cell C in September last year and have since then religeiously paid my subscription every month. I have not been able to use the service as I have struggled to find an alternative way to pay for the 2-4-1 service offered.
A few weeks back I have been advised that only method of payment accepted is cheque or credit card. I only have a savings account! I am irritated and disgusted that you promote a service/product without making the necesary allowance for the person you are selling it to - to use! I have suggested an eft but only to get a cold shoulder.
As I am not able to use the product you sold to me I request that you repay all subscriptions paid to date as obviously I will not be able to use in the future as I do not have a credit or cheque card
