Bad service ad no response after payment

We used kliekunique for our wedding photo's and had chosen a package that was or 150 photo's and the same photo's on a cd where 2 from the stack of our choice will be set as A4 canvas. We also had a pre-wedding photo shoot where we paid R 150 for. We received the photo's and the cd, but after our selection for the canvas and the R 150 paid upfront for the pre-wedding photo's I was informed that took place. I was promised that things will be sorted in a week's time. I was very patient but since then I received no feedback or any response. They didn't even offer a refund. shouldn't be a problem of the client and the supplier should do anything to make sure the client is looked after. Needless to say I will never again use their service or recommend them to anyone
