My husband subscribed to your services by accident. We loaded R50 airtime on 31 May 2013 and you took it all. I phoned 0115074630 on 31 May 2013, pressed 1 to unsubscribe, typed in the number to unsubscribe, and was told that the number will be unsubscribed within 24 hours. Yesterday (10 June 2013) we loaded R50 airtime again and AGAIN you took it all. I phoned 0115074630 again and this time spoke to a consultant Kathryn and she said we still have a subscription under the number that I specifically stopped. She said she will log a complaint and send me an email. You now owe us R100 for which I am willing to sue you. Please fix this and NEVER, EVER deduct from this number again.
