On several occasions I visit the Post Office between 17:30 and 18:00 as I work till 17:30 and they need to be open for mall hours. The problem is that every time I go there I need to stand in a cue of at least 8 people and for about 25 minutes.by the time I leave the Post Office the line is still as long... Clearly there is a need for more than two staff being there. The manager on duty, Magda, is also not available...
Surely somebody could recognise the need and make sure that not only two, of which one is doing licenses, are open after 17:30.
