Purchased a speedo aqua mp3 player with armband on the 19 Feb. Only received the mp3 player. Sent groupon a mail on the 14 March. Did however call the call centre 3 times on the 15 march before i spoke to someone without getting cut off. I was assured they would despatch asap and i would receive it in the next week. I then got a reply from my email on the 19 March telling me it takes another 7 to 10 working days for the rest of the product to arrive. when i complained, i received no response. I then called the call centre again today, spoke to Beverley and was told that she is awaiting a reply from the logistics department and would get back to me. She never did. When i called again to investigate, and asked to speak to a manager or supervisor i was transfered to a very rude receptionist and then transfered to an unanswered number. Again in the queue that takes 20 minutes each time before the call is answered. who should i blame for this bad service and packaging error???
