Late delivery, no feedback

Ordered my aqua mp3 player and armband in Feb, four week delivery, only to find no armband. After spending hundreds of rands calling them over 6 times at 30 to 50 minutes per call, finely speaking to a useless supervisor who about sending a bulk e mail to customers informing them of the delay, but unable to resend the message i spoke to an even worse manager who also promised to contact me one they ahd spoken to the supplier regarding delivery almost two weeks ago. Between all the people, supervisor and manager i spoke to nobody could give me a straight answer on when the armband will be arriving. This product was suppose to take 4 weeks to arrive, but now we are going onto two months and still no delivery. No feedback whatsoever, just upon. The call centre is a joke to contact, and e mails sent through take 5 days before anyone responds. Disgusting.
