I've bought a MP3 player for my son's birthday last year from Groupon SA. It arrived by Courier. When I opened the package at home, the packaging [plastic container] was broken, so too the MP3 player. I've lodged a complaint and Groupon had a courier pick the item up from me. Since then I've emailed them four times upon which I've received a standard reply, but no action, no item. My son is still without a MP3 player. Maybe hellopeter could help the process as Groupon has a very good reputation.
