I have requested the sales rep for Mukhari roadmarking to come and give a quote for the marking of our roads in the estate. After a week Dawn and another girl arrived and started measuring the streets for a quotation. She forwarded the quotation 5 days later and the quote for repainting the roads were R22669.56. We accepted the quote and paid over the deposit of R11335. A week later they started painting the roads and the person in charge started to remeasure the roads again. It was then discovered that Dawn only gave a quote on 1460 meter of road to be repainted and not 3946 meteres. We had the painting stopped because of this mistake and Dawn's answer was that we had to pay them extra if we wanted the distances measured correctly. We then paid them the outstanding balance on the new quote and it is now 2 weeks after payment was made and they stil have not came to do the road marking of the roads.
