New vehicle, under warranty, expenses my problem

I have a Tata Super Ace, 24000km ODO, giving me numerous problems. First I have small problems like central locking, electronic window, aircon, that don't work properly. Second I have received an email that my vehicle needs a gearbox replacement because of a default on the gearbox. I had multiple problems on my clutch, where
I can not get the vehicle into gear. Now the clutch was adjusted 4 times and can not be adjusted any more. The vehicle can not drive any more.

I would like to have opinions on this? I am 130km's from the nearest service provider. Tata tells me that if I take it to the nearest service provider they will repair all the defaults. I am the owner of n small business. This vehicle is my source of income. Why do I have to take responsibility for their defaults. I have to pay for the diesel to get it there, I loose money for every day the vehicle is in for repairs that I can not work. They claim that they will not give me a loan vehicle for this period. So why do I have to take the loss if it is their product giving me problems. I think it is the worst after sales on their default product! Actually I have to little characters to tell the rest of my problems!
