ON THE 25TH AT 20;41 I LOGGED A CALL REGARDING POWER FAILURE TO 0152990700 AND I SPOKE TO MOGAU I TOLD HER MY PROBLEM AND SHE TOLD ME THAT TECHNICIANS FROM JANE FURSE WILL COME TO ASSIST SINCEWELL THEY ARE THE NEAREST, INDEED THEY CAME. IN THE MORNING MAPULE07;47 FROM POLOKWANE CALLED TO CHECK IF WERE ASSISTED AFTER FEW MINUTES WE REALISED THAT WE HAD A LOW VOLTAGE. I CALLED AGAIN THEN I WAS ASSISTED BY ANTHONY08;12 HE SAID THE SAME THING THAT NEAREST TECHS WILL COME. INDEED THEY DID. AFTER FEW MINUTES THEY LEFT.I CALLED AGAIN AND I SPOKE TO MAPINA09;47 HE TOLD ME THAT IN THEIR SYSTEM IT DOESNT SHOW THAT MY MATTER HAVE BEEN CLOSED SO I HAVE TO WAIT FOR FEW HOURS.12;23 I CALLED AGAIN THEN I WAS ANSWERED BY ELLIOT WHO GAVE ME A BAD ATTITUDE I TOLD HIM MY FRUSTRATION AND HE TOLD ME THAT ITS NOT THEIR PROBLEM THAT I DONT HAVE A POWER BACKUP AND AS I WAS EXPLAINING MYSELF TO HIM HE NEVER HAD TO LISTEN AND ADVISE ME INSTEAD HE HUNG UP ON ME RIGHT IN MY EAR. I AM SO AND SO DISAPPOINTED BECAUSE EVEN NOW WE STILL IN THE DARK AND ITS WEEKEND OF MONTH-END, ONLY IF YOU CAN IMAGINE WHAT WE GOING THRU WITHOUT ELECTRICITY AND FOR THE CONSULTANT TO HUNGUP ON ME THAT WAS UNACCEPTABLE.
