Not relaxing

Booked a spa treatment looking for relaxation whilst on holiday in durban. Treatments were good however the area was absolutely noisy with random people walking by people making a noise and the staff using my water for rinsing feet on other patrons! I was very disappointed and left with a sense of being robbed of my hard earned money
