On the 23/02/13 my husband had booked for us to go to the River Valley as we always go here for a relaxing stress reliever which was for our Wedding Anniversary. The treatments started with Head & Shoulder message which was delayed mostly for my husband for a reason that was not even explained! All treatments is given a 30min timing and although there was a delay - our treatment was over along with everybody elses. Then there was the Full Body Message-which was horrendous! We all get given a card to specify how we want the treatment to be done & it gets given to each therapist. When I gave my therapist to do the Full Body my card, she just set it aside on the bed next to me & did not even read it! I then thought that she probably knows what to do! As she continued she keeped coughing over me & failed to carry out my instruction on the card & messaged repeatedly on my shoulders only & never proceeded on my lower back area. Leaving my shoulders painful from messaging in one spot repeatedly! By the time I wanted to address it with her our time was up and had to leave. I filled out the comment card and complained to Christine@Customer Serv. &1mth l8r still no response! Really dissapointed!
