I received two discount vouchers through Ster Kinekors Girlfriends Getaway which Mangwanani sponsored, now when I try redeeming the voucher to spoil my sister and myself with a day at the spa for her birthday, I am told that the two completely different looking vouchers are in fact the same value. The one voucher is unmistakably 10% whereas the other is clearly 70%. The same font is used so it cannot be two different styles of the number 1. Surely you don't expect one to believe that these are the same values when they obviously are not. When queried the only response is "I'm sorry mam it is 10%" no explanation or sincerity.
I am very disappointed in Mangwanani as this has ruined my sister's birthday and a well deserved day of relaxation and pampering that we were really looking forward to and now cannot afford due to your misleading information.
This is unacceptable and perhaps in future you should consider having someone check and sign off on such literature before printing to avoid inconveniencing customers in the future.
