I took my car to Bosch Bassonia for an oil leak repair. They sent this off to a sub contractor. The quote was high, but Derek assured me this had to be done as it would only get worse. A few days after getting the car back the leak was worse than before. The car went back and a day later when picking it up Derek said he had checked everything and all was fine, it was merely a sump plug change. The car then had an issue with a shudder (not there before) - this was also then repaired (additional cost), then there was a low coolant level warning, blamed on a water pump. I took the car to the dealer now for this water pump issue - turned out to be a faulty sensor, but they were concerned about a major oil leak, since I was concerned about damage due to this, I asked them for a report and to repair this. I have claimed my money back from Bosch for the initial oil leak repair, they are now passing the buck that I am in breach of warranty. This is nonsense since they did not provide services paid for nor resolve this on one other occasion. They have also ignored ALL requests for a breakdown of the oil leak repair carried out. Unethical and unprofessional. RMI also toothless in this regard
