Supposedly a professional dog grooming service! They eventually show up and then I get a call to say that their extension lead cannot reach in order for them to groom my dogs! I asked my helper to look for MY extension cables to ASSIST THEM. They LEAVE without notifying me! I tried calling the cell number they have listed, and it's OFF!!! This is like a mechanic telling you that he doesn't have a number 16 spanner, could he please borrow your?!
