Had underwater leak repaired in November 2011. No noticable improvement in water consumption but a sudden spike in February 2013. A water leak detector determined that the leak was at the same place that Roto-Router repaired. I phoned Malcolm at Roto-Router who informd me that his work carries a six month warranty and even if it was their faulty workmanship, I must still pay. No compromise! I told him to F... off, which I now regret, but I think he deserved it - very bad attitude. Have now got somebody else to do the job.
