I had a burst water pipe and requested Cape Leak Detection to investigate and provide me with a report indicating the position of the leak.
They came out promptly and provided me with a report. I had to pay nearly R 1 000.00 for the leak detection service. I knew beforehand approximately where the leak was.
However the report is not worth the paper it is written on. After having studied the report, I was none the wiser as to the exact location of the leak.
I have requested an explanation of the report a week ago and to date nothing has been forthcoming.
I request my money back!
