Shocking service from Rivonia Toyota

Our Toyota Rav (VKW 123 GP), went in for its 120 000kms service and water leakage problem on 17 December 2013. We were informed by Rivonia Toyota that water leak was due to a faulty water pump. After servicing, replacing the water pump and testing this vehicle for 4 days, we were assured that the problem was now rectified. We had to request site of our old parts, which are now in our possession. We paid the bill of R8 143.95. On route to Port Alfred on 21 December, at our first toilet break in Kroonstad we checked the water. The leak had not been repaired!!! Thereafter we topped up the radiator every 100kms from a 2 litre plastic bottle. The Toyota Dealership in Port Alfred, Kowie Motors, issued us with a report stating that the cylinder head gasket was starting to leak. We contacted Mr Enver Moola from Rivonia Toyota (Service Manager) who refused to take any responsibility for releasing our unrepaired vehicle to us or incorrectly diagnosing the problem. Once we returned home, we contacted Mr Mike MacDonald (Dealer Principal) who said that he would follow up. To date, not Mr MacDonald nor Toyota Customer Care has come back to us as promised.
