I fail to understand why the bank should settle this matter, they didn't sell me junk and then scream and shout at me like I am a dog, Nicholas Smith from Imperial Select in Malibongwe did, this issue has nothing absolutely nothing to do with the bank. Imperial Select reputation is at stake not the bank, as far as I am concerned the bank has given us good service. They even phoned us to explain why they had to pay
I ask again what are Nicholas Smith seniors saying about this issue, not the bank they did nothing wrong, its a pity I didn't look at the Imperial Select complaints here before I went in to purchase. I just thought they are a reputable company its not like buying from a back street dealer but now my experience makes me think I was wrong. All these reports from various branches show that there is a big problem at Imperial Select, the complaints which confirms what Nicholas explained to me about them being trained to handle customers in this terrible way.
I need an answer from His seniors, not the bank before I take the next step
