I have sent my car for panelbeating and collected it on the 15th August 2013 it had no spare wheel, I was told i will get my spare wheel in 2 weeks time as it was sent for repair. to this date i have not received it, each time i request it I am told I will be called back or I should return in 5 days time. Today its already more than 5 months and am being told the same story.
I have tried to escalate the problem to the owner Kallie but I am being blocked at the reception all the time.
